涡轮分子泵的维护和操作指南
涡轮分子泵的一般操作信息
涡轮分子泵始终与前级泵配合使用。根据要排空的容器的大小，可以同时开启涡轮分子泵和前级真空泵。如果使用前级真空泵将容器抽真空至大约 1 mbar 所需的时间长于涡轮分子泵的运行时间，则建议略晚开启涡轮分子泵。当涡轮分子泵用于间歇（循环）运行的系统时，建议加装旁通管路，以节省泵的运行时间。在压力约为 10‑1 mbar 时，打开高真空阀不会造成危险。
应保护涡轮分子泵的入口，以免有异物进入；仅可在安装了金属丝网防护罩的条件下使用涡轮分子泵。这种防护罩有多种款式和不同的网眼大小。此外，还应避免泵在运行时受到剧烈冲击，以及避免突然改变泵的姿态。
仅在严格遵守操作说明的情况下，才可在转子仍在旋转时，让泵与大气压力破空。在某些情况下，可能要在特殊条件下使用涡轮分子泵。例如，根据泵的型号和安装情况，可在磁场中使用涡轮分子泵。
在放射性环境中，标准涡轮分子泵可在特定放射剂量率下安全地使用。当放射剂量率较高时，则可以更换泵中的某些材料，以便承受更大的负载。在这种情况下，变频器应安装在放射性区域之外，因为变频器内使用的电子器件只能承受较低的放射剂量率。作为解决方法，也可以使用电机驱动的变频器，它可以耐受更高的放射剂量率。Leybold 莱宝可以为用户提供多种解决方案来应对这种挑战。
涡轮分子泵的维护
涡轮分子泵和变频器几乎无需维护。建议每 2 年更换一次陶瓷轴承，此工作可以由我们的现场服务人员或客户方经过培训的合格人员完成。
免维护涡轮分子泵包括采用了非接触式磁悬浮轴承技术的产品，此类泵带有 5 轴主动式磁悬浮轴承和驱动系统，兼具可靠性和运行高效性。
如果需要清洁泵的涡轮装置，可由现场服务工程师或内部人员（取决于泵的用途以及沉积物的多少）按照操作说明或维修手册中所述的步骤执行此操作。
