Mission / Purpose:
To review, ensure, and present the company’s financial and accounting information while guaranteeing compliance with tax and accounting regulations, as well as to provide key information for strategic decision‑making that contributes to the company’s long‑term sustainability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review financial information records to ensure that transactions align with the corresponding accounts and proceed with the preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare working papers for tax purposes.
- Prepare reconciliations with the holding company and intercompany accounts.
- Attend internal audits.
- Supervise bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare working papers for the Informative Return of Transactions with Third Parties (DIOT).
- Prepare departmental expense reports.
- Prepare reconciliations with the holding company and intercompany accounts.
Areas of Knowledge / Technical Skills:
- Financial Reporting Standards (NIF)
- Tax laws (tax calculation)
- Management of ASPEL systems (COI, Bank, SAE)
- Preparation and interpretation of financial reports
- Intermediate English
